Hedera passes 10 million accounts

Hedera/Hedera network

Hedera said its mainnet now has more than 10 million accounts, up from about 9 million in 2025 and 5,000 early testers in 2019. Account counts overstate real users, since many accounts sit idle.

• 10M+ accounts, announced on Hedera's X account.
• Passed 1 million accounts in 2022 and about 9 million in 2025.
• Account totals include many inactive accounts.
