Synchron starts a 10-person study of its BCI in Canada

Synchron initiated FOCUS-CAN, an early feasibility study in Canada of its endovascular BCI for functional outcomes with an estimated 10 participants. The study began on 18 March 2026, expanding Synchron's clinical trials beyond the US and complementing parallel research in Australia.
