PEJ gets permit to start preparatory works on 330 hectares at the Lubiatowo-Kopalino nuclear site

The Pomeranian provincial governor issued PEJ a permit for preparatory works at the plant site: surveying, temporary buildings and fencing, tree removal and levelling. First steps were staking out the area plus archaeological and unexploded-ordnance checks, with tree clearing from late autumn 2025 into spring 2026.

• Covers about 330 hectares of the Lubiatowo-Kopalino site in Choczewo municipality.
• Tree clearing planned from late Oct/Nov 2025, finishing in spring 2026.
• Total investment then estimated at about PLN 192B (USD 49B).
