Sila raised $300M in a private round led by Atreides Management and Sutter Hill Ventures, joined by 8VC, Bessemer, Matrix and T. Rowe Price-advised funds. The capital accelerates US production of Titan Silicon at Moses Lake and funds a Phase 2 expansion, targeting 250 GWh capacity within five years to become the world's largest anode production facility.
