RNP-023 passes: Salad's 60,000-machine consumer GPU network joins Render as a subnet

Render's community approved RNP-023, making Salad an exclusive subnet. Salad, which counts about 60,000 daily active machines in over 180 countries, will move its payments and operator rewards onto RENDER in three steps, so its revenue feeds the token's burn-and-mint system.
