Quantinuum and Quanta Computer partner on industrial manufacturing for large-scale quantum computers

Quantinuum signed a development agreement with Quanta Computer, the Taiwanese contract manufacturer of servers and laptops, to co-design the hardware infrastructure of its future quantum computers. The goal is machines that are modular and can be manufactured at scale, moving from lab-built systems toward fault-tolerant computers produced like data-center equipment.

• Joint engineering work has already started; no completion date or financial terms were disclosed.
