Neuralink says 12 people have received its implant, with over 2,000 days of combined use

Neuralink reported 12 participants worldwide had received its brain implant, accumulating over 2,000 combined days with the device and exceeding 15,000 hours of use. This was up from seven participants reported in June 2025 as trials expanded beyond the US.
