The US Interior Department ordered five East Coast offshore wind projects, including Dominion's 2.6 GW Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind, to stop offshore work for 90 days, citing national security risks from classified Pentagon reports. Dominion sued the next day in federal court in Virginia, calling the order arbitrary and capricious.
