Dominion pushes CVOW's final turbine to end of 2027; cost estimate rises to about $11.65B

With its second-quarter results Dominion said CVOW was about 81% complete with 31 turbines installed, delivering more than 450 MW. It moved the last turbine to the end of 2027, citing weather, vessel maintenance, loading and longer jacking work, and said tariffs had added about $800M.

- Total project cost now about $11.65B.
