EigenDA goes live on Ethereum mainnet as EigenLayer's first service

EigenLayer mainnet enabled restakers to delegate to operators and operators to register for services, with EigenDA launching in beta as the first. About 4.1M ETH was restaked and EigenDA's active set was capped at 200 operators. Payments from services to operators and slashing were not yet live, and rollups could onboard only on testnet initially.
