Commonwealth Fusion Systems raised $863M in a Series B2 round announced 28 August 2025, with new investors including NVIDIA's NVentures and a Japanese consortium led by Mitsui and Mitsubishi, plus Google. The money goes toward finishing SPARC and developing the first ARC plant.
