Cambrian unveils Amplifier Therapeutics, a Swedish pipeline company developing AMPK activator drugs

Cambrian Bio launched Amplifier Therapeutics to develop ATX-304, a pan-AMPK activator. Amplifier acquired Swedish company Betagenon, which discovered the compounds. AMPK is the cell's energy sensor, naturally switched on by exercise and fasting, and declines with age.
