Rubedo reported Phase 1b/2a data in actinic keratosis (pre-cancerous skin lesions) showing 46% reduction in lesion count at 4 weeks with high-dose RLS-1496 versus 11% in untreated controls, with minimal local irritation. Data came from first 18 of 24 evaluable patients in a multicenter U.S. study. Phase 2b dose-ranging study planned for Q4 2026.
