Rubedo announces positive Phase 1 data for RLS-1496: dose-dependent benefits in psoriasis, dermatitis and skin aging
Rubedo reported Phase 1 results showing dose-dependent target engagement and clinical improvement in patients with plaque psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. In psoriasis, higher doses reduced epidermal thickness by ~20% at 4 weeks with reduced inflammatory cytokines. In atopic dermatitis, 25% of treated patients showed ≥4-point improvement in itching versus none in vehicle controls. No serious adverse events or discontinuations occurred.
