OpenAI announces Stargate UAE, a 1 GW cluster in Abu Dhabi with G42, Oracle, NVIDIA and others

OpenAI announced Stargate UAE, a 1 GW cluster in Abu Dhabi and the first Stargate site outside the US under its OpenAI for Countries programme. Built with G42, Oracle, NVIDIA, Cisco and SoftBank, it expects 200 MW online in 2026; the UAE will invest in US Stargate infrastructure in return.
