NRTX-1001 seizure cuts deepen past the first year in long-term data at the American Epilepsy Society meeting

Neurona reported long-term data from 26 people in its Phase 1/2 trials. In the low-dose group, the median seizure reduction grew slightly after the first year. No serious side effects were attributed to the cells.

• Low dose (n=9): 89% median reduction in months 7-12 and 92% after month 13.
• High dose (n=9): 78% at months 4-6, 58% at months 7-12 (n=5).
• No group-level decline in memory or word-finding tests.
• First patients in the EPIC Phase 3 were then expected in the first half of 2026.
