Mingyang plans to invest up to £1.5 billion in wind turbine manufacturing facility in Scotland

As part of its internationalization strategy, Mingyang announced plans to invest up to £1.5 billion (approximately $1.8 billion USD) in a turbine manufacturing facility at Ardersier Port near Inverness, Scotland. The facility will supply the UK market and European regions, creating employment for workers transitioning from the oil and gas sector.
