Eat Just raised $200 million in a round led by the Qatar Investment Authority, with Charlesbank Capital Partners and Vulcan Capital also investing. The money was for production capacity for its plant-based JUST Egg and cultivated chicken, R&D, and brand growth in international markets. Total funding reached over $650 million.
