Singapore approves GOOD Meat, the first cultivated meat cleared for sale

The Singapore Food Agency approved Eat Just's cell-cultured chicken, the first regulatory approval anywhere to sell meat grown from animal cells. Eat Just had to show a consistent manufacturing process and meet novel-food safety rules; the chicken, grown in 1,000-liter bioreactors, launched under the GOOD Meat brand at one Singapore restaurant.
