Aurora and Volvo revealed the Volvo VNL Autonomous, a production truck with redundant steering, braking, power and computers running the Aurora Driver with long-range lidar. Volvo began building a test fleet at its Virginia plant; Aurora aimed to run up to 20 driverless trucks between Dallas and Houston by end of 2024.
