The brief
- Q2 2026: $4.3B of consumer loans through its marketplace (+132% y/y), $226M revenue and $87M net income.
- More than $50B of transactions have run on Provenance since 2018; Figure holds about 25% of HASH tokens.
- OPEN (Jan 2026) lists shares natively on-chain; Figure's own blockchain stock, sold at $32 in Feb 2026, came first.
Technical approach
Loans recorded on a blockchain
Each loan's ownership and payments are records on Provenance, so selling or pledging a loan is a ledger update rather than weeks of paperwork.
Lenders plug in, investors buy
Mortgage lenders and other partners originate loans on Figure's rails, and investors buy them through its Figure Connect marketplace.
YLDS as on-chain cash
An SEC-registered token backed by money-market-style assets that pays SOFR minus 0.5%, used to settle trades on Figure's markets.
Shares born on-chain
Shares are recorded on Provenance itself, not as tokens mirroring DTCC-held shares, and trade on Figure's regulated system with instant settlement.
