Figure prices Nasdaq IPO at $25, above range, raising $787.5M

Figure sold 31.5 million shares at $25, above its raised range, for $787.5M and a market value of about $5.3B at pricing. The stock opened at $36 on its first trading day. Figure had originated more than $16B of home-equity lines of credit on Provenance since late 2018.
