The brief
- FY2026 revenue was $1.335B, up from $437M; Q4 alone matched the whole prior year.
- Guides FY2027 growth above 80%, with over $600M from optical products.
- Bought Israeli silicon-photonics firm DustPhotonics for about $750M plus shares, closed May 2026.
Technical approach
Fast serial links as the core skill
Credo's base technology is SerDes and DSP chips that push hundreds of gigabits per second through a single wire or fibre lane and clean up the signal.
Chips inside the cable plug
Its active electrical cables put signal-repair chips in each connector, so thin copper can link racks up to about 7 m apart instead of optics.
Designed against link flaps
A link that keeps dropping and reconnecting can stall a whole AI training job. ZeroFlap products add telemetry and automatic fixes to stop that.
Moving into light
With DustPhotonics' silicon photonics chips plus its own optical DSPs, Credo now builds both halves of an optical transceiver.
