Wave starts Phase 2a trial testing WVE-007 with weekly tirzepatide in obesity
Wave Life Sciences announced on September 23, 2026 the start of a Phase 2a trial that combines its INHBE siRNA WVE-007 with weekly tirzepatide. The study tests two WVE-007 doses against a placebo group in adults with obesity, with and without type 2 diabetes.
