Wave announces WVE-007 Phase 2a: 75–600 mg doses show durable Activin E reduction

Wave announced Phase 2a data for WVE-007 showing dose-dependent Activin E reductions (56–85%) at day 29, with six-month durability supporting once or twice yearly dosing. An independent committee cleared dose escalation to 600 mg; Phase 2a expanded to test combination with GLP-1 agents.
