Unitree launches G1+, an upgraded G1 with better motion, perception and interaction

Unitree launched the G1+, an upgrade of its small G1 humanoid, at 95,000 yuan for the standard model in China. It adds a movable neck, much stronger shoulder, waist and arm motors that run cooler, better cameras, and touch and audio hardware for interacting with people.

• Neck gains two degrees of freedom, so the head can turn and tilt to look around.
• Peak shoulder-and-waist torque up 110%, maximum arm torque up 43%, with less heat at the same torque.
• Stereo plus wide-angle vision, touch sensing on the head, six microphones, two 10 W speakers and external power support.
• A G1+ EDU version for developers is sold through Unitree's sales team; price not listed.
