Remote-controlled Unitree G1 robots fight in China Media Group's first humanoid robot combat tournament in Hangzhou
China Media Group held the first humanoid robot fighting tournament in Hangzhou, with four teams remote-controlling Unitree G1 robots (1.32 m, 35 kg) in boxing-style matches. Robots executed punches, kicks and spin kicks; also tested falling recovery. Full-size humanoid tournament was planned for December in Shenzhen.
