Tropic Biosciences raises $105M Series C II led by Forbion and Corteva Catalyst
Tropic raised $105M in Series C II funding to scale non-browning and extended shelf-life banana production and expand regulatory approvals. The round was co-led by agricultural investor Forbion and Corteva Catalyst, the VC arm of agricultural giant Corteva. Investors also included Aliment Capital, ABN AMRO Ventures, Temasek Holdings and others.
