Smith+NephewCORI Surgical System

Smith+Nephew launched CORI, an FDA-cleared handheld robot for total and partial knee replacement, alongside its Real Intelligence digital surgery brand. Compared with the older NAVIO system, its camera tracking is over four times faster and it can mill twice the bone volume.

  • FDA 510(k) cleared for total and unicompartmental knee arthroplasty.
  • Camera more than 4x faster and twice the cutting volume of NAVIO.
  • Pitched as a compact system suited to surgery centres, against Stryker's Mako.
