Qivalis hires Olga Elsenga as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, aims to launch before end of 2026

Qivalis added a Chief Risk & Compliance Officer as it works toward its Dutch e-money licence. Elsenga was previously Head of Legal at ClearBank Europe, where she worked through that bank's authorisation with DNB and ECB oversight. The company now says it plans to launch before the end of 2026.
