Bank-issued euro stablecoin
Qivalis is an Amsterdam company owned by a consortium of 37 European banks, including ING, BNP Paribas, UniCredit, BBVA and CaixaBank. It plans to issue a euro stablecoin under the EU's MiCA rules, once the Dutch central bank grants it an e-money licence.
