Pasqal, the French neutral-atom quantum computing company, completed its merger with blank-check company Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II on August 27, 2026, and began trading on Nasdaq as PSQL the next day. It had about $360 million available at closing to expand manufacturing and deployment of its quantum processors.
