Pasqal and LG CNS partner to apply quantum computing in AI data centers
Pasqal signed a three-year memorandum of understanding with LG CNS, the IT services arm of South Korea's LG Group, during the French state visit to Korea. The plan is to combine Pasqal's neutral-atom quantum processors with LG CNS's AI platforms and data-center infrastructure to build hybrid systems for industrial and scientific problems.
- LG CNS would handle running quantum resources inside data centers and bring commercial access to customers.
- An MoU is a statement of intent, not a purchase or binding contract; no money or hardware orders were announced.
- Pasqal has made South Korea its Asia-Pacific hub and counts LG Electronics among its Korean investors.
