NVIDIA to invest $5B in Intel and co-develop data-center and PC chips

NVIDIA and Intel agreed to co-develop multiple generations of products: custom Intel x86 CPUs linked to NVIDIA platforms over NVLink for data centers, and x86 PC chips with NVIDIA RTX GPU chiplets for consumer systems. NVIDIA will invest $5 billion in Intel common stock at $23.28 per share.
