Neo Performance Materials ships first magnet samples from Narva facility to EV traction-motor customer

Neo Performance Materials/Narva Sintered NdFeB Magnet Plant

Neo shipped 18,000 assembled sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet pieces to a Tier 1 traction-motor customer for testing and integration into EV motors. The samples, produced at the new Narva facility, are EV-grade magnets being qualified for production part approval process (PPAP) in the first half of 2026.

• 18,000 magnet assemblies produced for initial customer samples in 2025.
• PPAP qualification products scheduled for H1 2026, with mass production to follow later that year.
• Narva is Europe's first large-scale sintered NdFeB magnet plant, capable of reaching 15% of EU demand when fully scaled.
