Neo Performance Materials completes Narva magnet plant construction in Estonia

Neo Performance Materials/Narva Sintered NdFeB Magnet Plant

Neo completed construction of its €75 million Narva facility in Estonia on time and within budget, with the plant becoming operational in May 2025. The facility was officially inaugurated on September 19, 2025, marking Europe's first large-scale sintered rare-earth magnet production outside Asia.

• Phase 1 capacity: 2,000 tonnes per year of sintered NdFeB magnets.
• Facility integrated with Neo's Sillamäe rare-earth separation plant for vertical integration.
