Meta formed a joint venture with Blue Owl Capital funds to develop the Hyperion campus in Richland Parish, Louisiana, with Blue Owl owning 80% and Meta 20%. The project's buildings and infrastructure cost $27B; Meta builds and manages it and receives a $3B distribution.

• Meta provides 15 years of data center development and operations expertise; Blue Owl handles infrastructure investment.
• Meta enters operating lease post-construction with four-year initial term and residual value guarantee capping payments over 16 years.
