Mears Machine orders its fifth Sapphire XC from Velo3D

Mears Machine, a contract manufacturer, ordered its fifth Velo3D Sapphire XC metal printer, with options for two more, to take on larger aviation, defense, energy and space programs while keeping lead times short. The system prints mainly Inconel 718, Haynes 282 and aluminum components for aerospace and defense customers.
