KLA raises advanced-packaging process-control outlook to about $1.1B for 2026

With its fiscal Q4 results KLA lifted its forecast for advanced-packaging inspection to about $1.1B in calendar 2026, more than 70% above the prior year. Shares still fell on margin mix.

• Separately, the PCB and component inspection segment brought in $241M in the quarter, up 56% year on year.
• Shares fell about 6% on the day as product mix weighed on margins.
