Group14 furloughed an undisclosed number of workers at its Moses Lake, Washington silicon-anode plant, about 90% built since 2023. CEO Rick Luebbe said there was not enough work until construction finished. The company is prioritising its now wholly owned South Korean factory, having already cut staff in July 2025.
