Group14 closed a $463 million Series D led by SK Inc. and acquired the remaining 75% stake of its South Korean silicon anode factory from SK, taking direct control of SCC55 production in Asia. The round included Porsche Investments, ATL, OMERS, Decarbonization Partners, Lightrock and Microsoft Climate Innovation Fund.
