Glencore agrees to purchase all premium nickel-cobalt materials from Rochester hub

Glencore signed a multi-year supply and offtake agreement to purchase 100% of the premium mixed hydroxide precipitate (nickel-cobalt) produced at the Rochester hub once it becomes operational. The agreement is intended to support Li-Cycle's efforts to secure U.S. Department of Energy loan financing to restart the stalled facility.
