Fermi signs first binding lease: TensorWave takes 222 MW for 15 years, about $6.5B
Fermi signed its first binding customer lease at Project Matador with TensorWave, an AI cloud firm running AMD GPUs. The facility has 222 MW of power, the lease is worth about $6.5 billion over 15 years, and delivery is to start in phases from the second half of 2027.
