Fermi America lists on Nasdaq and London at $21 a share with no revenue yet

Fermi, co-founded by Rick Perry and Toby Neugebauer earlier that year, sold 32.5 million shares at $21 in a dual listing in New York and London. It had no customers, no revenue and no construction yet, only plans for an 11 GW gas, solar and nuclear campus in Texas.

  • Plans included four Westinghouse AP1000 reactors.
