Dongfang Electric completed installation of a 26 MW offshore wind turbine at the Dongying Wind Power Equipment Testing and Certification Innovation Base in Shandong province, China. The turbine set world records for largest single-unit capacity and rotor diameter. It features a 310-meter rotor diameter, 185-meter hub height, and 153-meter-long composite blades.
