Crusoe raises a $3.9B Series F at a $30.9B valuation
Crusoe raised a $3.9 billion Series F at a $30.9 billion post-money valuation, led by Atreides Management, Mubadala Capital and Valor Equity Partners. The money funds more large AI data-centre campuses, its modular Crusoe Spark units and its cloud. Crusoe's strategy is to control everything from power supply to computing which its CEO summed up as 'from electrons to tokens'.
