OpenAI, Oracle and SoftBank named five more US Stargate data-center sites: Oracle-led campuses in Shackelford County, Texas, Doña Ana County, New Mexico and the Midwest; SoftBank-led sites in Lordstown, Ohio and Milam County, Texas. With Abilene as the flagship already running early training and inference, planned capacity reached nearly 7 GW and over $400 billion committed.
