Astranis raises a $300M Series E at a $2.8B valuation plus a $155M credit facility
Astranis raised $300 million at a $2.8 billion valuation, co-led by Snowpoint Ventures and Franklin Templeton, and added a $155 million delayed-draw credit line from Trinity Capital. The money is to speed up satellite production for commercial and military customers.
- Total raised now above $1.2 billion; the previous round was a $200M Series D in July 2024.
- Backers include Andreessen Horowitz, BlackRock funds, Baillie Gifford and Fidelity.
- Military work includes the Space Force's Protected Tactical Satcom-Global program.
