Metal Jet uses binder jetting to produce metal parts. The S100 solution integrates powder handling, printing, thermal curing, and powder removal for automated production of final metal parts.
In production at GKN and Parmatech. S100 offers 50x higher productivity than laser melting.

Instead of laser melting, a liquid binder is printed onto metal powder layers. The binder holds particles together after printing.
Parts are heated in a furnace to cure the binder and achieve full material density, with final sintering managed by thermal processing.
Powder management, print, curing and powder removal are integrated into one system, enabling continuous production at scale.
