Zap Energy completed a $130 million Series D funding round led by Soros Fund Management and including new and existing investors such as Chevron Technology Ventures, Shell Ventures, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, and Emerson Collective. The funding brings total capital raised to $327 million and supports scaling of the company's integrated nuclear platform combining fusion, fission-fusion hybrid, and modular fission technologies.
